Regions :: Middle East Saudi Arabia Starts Up Huge DAP Complex9:31 AM MST | February 5, 2012 | Natasha Alperowicz Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) has announces the start of commercial operation at its diammonium phosphate (DAP) plant. The plant is operated by Ma’aden Phosphate Company, a joint venture in which Ma’aden has 70% and Sabic 30%. The complex at Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia, marks the completion of the entire phosphate project, which is now fully in commercial operation.
