Sahara Petrochemical Co., Takes Al Waha's PP Complex Offline Due to Technical Fault

Sahara Petrochemical Co., says its Jubail, Saudi Arabia based Al Waha, joint venture, had to take its entire complex offline on Saturday July 16, due to a technical fault in the effluent recycling compressor. Al Waha, a joint venture in which Sahara has 75% and LyondellBasell 25%, anticipates repairs to be completed within two weeks.
