Sabic and ExxonMobil Sign Heads of Agreement for Elastomers Project in Saudi Arabia

Sabic and ExxonMobil Chemical have signed a heads of agreement (HOA) for a previously announced elastomers project at their existing Al-Jubail Petrochemical Co. (Kemya) and Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Co. (Yanpet) petrochemical joint ventures. The agreement was signed by Mansour Al Kharboush, v.p./specialty products at Sabic, and by Robert G. Hutchinson, v.p./chemicals at ExxonMobil Saudi Arabia.
