Chemtura says it has raised prices for its organotin stabilizers by 12% in North America and Latin America, effective immediately or as contracts allow. The hike is in response to “the recent unexpected tight supply and the dramatic run-up of tin-metal costs over the last 12 months, especially in the last two months,” Chemtura says.
