PotashCorp confirms talks on possible acquisition of Israel Chemicals

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan (PotashCorp) says it "acknowledges" a statement made by Israel Corp. (Tel Aviv) to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that PotashCorp has held negotiations to increase its stake in Israel Chemicals Ltd. (ICL; Tel Aviv) in a possible deal that could lead to PotashCorp taking full control of ICL.
