PolyOne Forms Saudi Color Concentrates JV

PolyOne says it has agreed to form a color concentrates joint venture  with Saudi manufacturing, engineering, construction, distribution, and service company E.A. Juffali & Brothers. The jv will be based at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and will be 51% owned by PolyOne. PolyOne says the jv will invest approximately $14 million over the next 9-12 months to build a specialty color concentrates plant. The site is expected to come online in late 2012.
