Petrokemya Signs LOI with Tecnicas Reunidas for an ABS Plant

The Arabian Petrochemical Co. (Petrokemya; Jubail; Saudi Arabia) ,an affiliate of Sabic, has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Tecnicas Reunidas (TR; Madrid) for the engineering procurement and construction (EPC) of a new acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plant at its complex at Jubail.
