Petro Rabigh Appoints New President and CEO

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh; Rabigh, Saudi Arabia) has appointed Abdullah bin Saleh Al Suwailem as new president and CEO, effective September 9, 2012. Petro Rabigh is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical. The appointment follows the resignation of Ziad bin Sami Al Labban, who completed his assignment as CEO on secondment from Saudi Aramco. Al Labban was appointed CEO of Petro Rabigh on August 1, 2009.
