Iran says export ban was made without consultation, ready to commission ethylene pipeline

Iran’s recent decision to ban exports of petrochemicals and polymers was a misunderstanding, according to the country’s top official responsible for the sector. Abdolhossein Bayat, managing director of National Petrochemical Co.
