GPCA Plastics Summit: Start-up of Rabigh II Complex Slated for 2015

Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical plan to take a final investment decision by the end of this year on the second phase of their Petro Rabigh joint venture in Saudi Arabia, and they aim to start production at the new complex in 2015, says Ziad Al Labban, president and CEO of Petro Rabigh.
