GPCA 2010: Sibur Gears Up to Meet Russia Petchems Demand

Sibur (Moscow) plans to add 1 million m.t./year of polymers capacity in the next few years and will likely participate in several of the petrochemical hubs announced by the Russian government. Separately, Sibur will sign an extended memorandum of understanding with Reliance Industries (Mumbai) at the end of this month when Dmitri Medvedev, the Russian president visits India for the Russian-Indian summit, Dmitri Konov, president of Sibur tells CW.
