Dow and Aramco Officially Form Sadara, Name Senior Officers

Dow Chemical and Saudi Aramco today announced the official formation and key officers of Sadara Chemical  (Sadara), the planned $20-billion joint venture at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Once complete, the jv complex  will be one of the world’s largest integrated chemical facilities, and the largest ever built in a single phase.
