Dow Names Heinz Haller as President EMEA; Shuffles Management

Dow Chemical has named Heinz Haller, executive v.p. and chief commercial officer of Dow, as executive v.p., president of Dow Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and chief commercial officer. His new responsibilities will be effective August 1, 2012.
