Vivimed Acquires Spanish API Manufacturer

Vivimed Labs (Hyderabad, India) says it has acquired Uquifa (Barcelona), a manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and pharma intermediates, with manufacturing sites in Spain and Mexico. The acquisition strengthens Vivimed’s footprint in Europe and the Americas, the company says.
