Talcher is one of the previously announced eight closed urea facilities that India is planning to reactivate. The department of fertilizers says it has received a memorandum of intent from Gail, Rashtriya and Coal India Ltd., (CIL) for the setting up of an integrated coal gasification-based nitrogen fertilizer complex at Talcher at a combined cost...
