Rashtriya, Gail and Coal India to Build Coal-Based Nitrogen Fertilizer Complex

The Indian government has selected state-owned Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (Kolkata) to reactivate a shuttered urea complex at Talcher, according to Srikant Jena, Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers. Talcher is one of the previously announced eight closed urea facilities that India is planning to reactivate.
