Regions :: India/Pakistan Rallis India Acquires Majority Stake in Seeds Research Firm11:54 PM MST | December 30, 2010 | Deepti Ramesh Agchem firm Rallis India (Mumbai), a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals (Mumbai), has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (Mumbai) that it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in seeds research company Metahelix Life Sciences (Bangalore, India). Following the completion of the acquisition of 53.5% stake in Metahelix, which has a portfolio of seeds commercialized over the last three years, Rallis has become the holding company of Metahelix.
