OPAL to Award HDPE Contract in India

ONGC Petro-Additions (Opal) is about to select one of the three bidding consortia to build a previously announced high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plant at Dahej, India, Opal’s CEO P.K. Johri tells CW. He was speaking on the sidelines of the APIC petrochemical conference now taking place in Mumbai.
