Regions :: India/Pakistan Kuraray to Expand PVB Film Capacity in Germany; Planning Capacity in India1:06 AM MDT | March 12, 2012 | Deepti Ramesh Kuraray says its Kuraray Europe (Frankfurt, Germany) subsidiary will invest about €20 million ($26 million) to expand production capacity for polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film at its manufacturing site at Troisdorf, Germany. The expanded facility is expected to become operational in November 2013. Kuraray says it has also initiated a feasibility study for building a new PVB film facility in India, in anticipation of rapid demand expansion in Asia.
