Jubilant Completes Demerger of Agri and Performance Polymers Business

Jubilant Life Sciences (Noida, India), one of the largest pharmaceutical custom research and manufacturing services companies in India which was formerly known as Jubilant Organosys, says it has completed the previously announced demerger of the company’s agri and performance polymer business (APP) effective November 15, 2010.
