Jayant Agro Organics Buys out Mitsui’s Stake in Indian Firm

Oleochemical company Jayant Agro Organics (Mumbai) informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (Mumbai) that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Mitsui & Co. and Mitsui & Co. Asia Pacific (Singapore) to acquire the 24% stake held by the Mitsui group in Ihsedu Speciality Chemicals (Mumbai), a Jayant Agro subsidiary. Jayant Agro already holds 75.96% stake in Ihsedu.
