Jacobs awarded sulfuric acid plant contract in India

Jacobs Engineering said today that it received a contract from Paradeep Phosphates to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for its sulfuric acid plant expansion project in Paradeep, India. Jacobs, under the terms of the contract, is overseeing the work of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors as they expand Paradeep Phosphates’ sulfuric acid plant to more than 2,000 m.t./day.
