Indian Oil’s PP project at Paradip to be completed in 2017

Indian Oil (New Delhi) says that its previously announced polypropylene (PP) project at Paradip, India, is expected to be completed in September 2017. The project was approved by the company’s board earlier this year and was originally expected to come online by the end of 2016. The PP project will involve an investment of about $526 million, Indian Oil says. It will include two lines, each designed to produce 350,000 m.t./year of PP.
