Indian Oil appoints new chairman and director of refineries

Indian Oil has appointed AMK Sinha as chairman, effective today. This move follows the retirement of RK Malhotra, director/R&D and chairman, on 30 June. Sinha will also continue as director/planning and business development. He has been involved in the company’s expansion of exploration and production, petrochemicals, natural gas, and renewable/clean energy.
