(GACL; Vadodara, India) for the previously announced hydrogen peroxide–to–propylene oxide (HPPO) project at Dahej, India. Evonik and GACL signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the project in January 2011. According to the agreement, Evonik planned to build a hydrogen peroxide plant, and GACL planned to build a propylene oxide (PO) plant.
