The company will invest in the "mid double-digit euro range" in the expansion, which will give the company a combined total of some "six-digit" m.t./year capacity. The expansion will be carried out at the company's existing silica sites in Asia and in Europe. Evonik produces precipitated silica at 10 sites in eight countries.
