DSM Forms Specialty Composite Resins Joint Venture with Kemrock in India

DSM says it will form a partnership with Kemrock Industries (Vadodara, India) for the production of specialty composite resins in India, and the two companies will invest a total of $25 million in the joint venture, which will be based at Pune. DSM will hold 51% stake and Kemrock will hold 49% in the jv. DSM also plans to establish its own local marketing and sales company for composite resins to serve the Indian market.
