DMV-Fonterra Excipients to Acquire Indian Firm

DMV-Fonterra Excipients (Goch, Germany), a manufacturer of excipients for the pharmaceutical industry, says it has signed a business transfer agreement for the acquisition of the business and assets of Brahmar Cellulose (Cuddalore, India), a producer of pharmaceutical microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose.
