The Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corp. (BCIC; Dhaka), a government owned enterprise, is going ahead with long-delayed plans to build a major fertilizer complex at Fenchuganj, Bangladesh, following agreement by the Chinese government to contribute a major portion of the finance toward the project.
