Camlin Fine Chemicals (Mumbai) informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (Mumbai) that the company’s board of directors has approved the proposal to acquire an Italian fine chemicals manufacturer, through Camlin’s wholly owned subsidiary to be set up in Mauritius.
