Brenntag Completes Acquisition of Specialties Distributor in Australia and New Zealand

Brenntag says it has on July 16, completed the previously announced acquisition of ISM/Salkat Group (Highett, Australia), a leading distributor of specialty chemicals in Australia and New Zealand. Financial details of the deal, which was first announced earlier this month, were not disclosed. ISM/Salkat expects to record sales of A$117 million ($121 million) in 2012.
