Berger Paints India acquires Sherwin-Williams' architectural business in India

Berger Paints India (Kolkata) informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today that it has agreed to acquire the architectural paints business of Sherwin-Williams Paints India for an undisclosed sum. Berger Paints is acquiring the business through its wholly owned subsidiary Brushworks Paints.   “This transaction will significantly increase our presence in key markets.
