Bayer Targets €1 Billion Sales in India by 2015

Bayer aims to record about €1 billion ($1.37 billion) sales in India in 2015, says Wolfgang Plischke, member of the Bayer board of management. Bayer recorded sales of €400 million in India in 2009 and had double-digit growth in 2010, Plischke says. Plischke was addressing the press during the inauguration of the company’s first EcoCommercial building in Asia, at Greater Noida, near New Delhi, India, last week.
