Atul Forms Dyestuffs JV with M Dohmen

Chemical company Atul (Valsad, India) says it has formed a 50-50 joint venture with dyestuffs firm M Dohmen (San Vittore, Switzerland). The jv will allow Atul to offer to its customers in India and certain other markets currently not reached by M Dohmen, the entire range of M Dohmen products including automotive, wool, polyamide and other dyes and textile chemicals.
