Assam Cracker Project's Costs Escalate, Completion Delayed

India’s Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (New Delhi), headed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on Wednesday approved a revised cost estimate for a previously announced Assam gas cracker project.
