Ashland opens technical center in Mumbai

Ashland Specialty Ingredients has opened a new care-specialties technical center in Mumbai to support producers of personal- and home-care products in India and Southeast Asia. The facility will serve as a focal point for R&D work that Ashland conducts on behalf of customers, with operations in the region.
