Uralkali increases output of potash in second quarter and first half of the year

Uralkali (Berezniki, Russia), one of the world’s largest potash producers, today announced its production results for the second quarter and first half of 2014. Uralkali produced 3.1 million m.t. of potassium chloride (KCI) in the April to June, period, compared with 2.4 million m.t. in the corresponding period of 2013.
