Uralkali chair says CEO detention is 'outrageous' and calls for his immediate release

Alexander Voloshin, chairman of Uralkali (Berezniki, Russia), the potash producer embroiled in a dispute with Belarus authorities following Uralkali’s decision to quit Belarussian Potash Co.
