The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, reinforces the vertical integration of Solvay's fluorinated specialty polymers and fluorinated special chemicals production at a competitive cost, Solvay says. The transaction includes the transfer of all fluorspar concession and exploration rights to Solvay.
