Sibur to Raise Output

Sibur (Moscow) says it plans to increase its petrochemical output in 2007 by 3.8%, to 14.7 million m.t./year. The company says it will modernize and expand production at its Yuzhno-Balyksk gas processing plant (GPP). It will modernize its GPP at Nizhnevartovsk, as well as its central gas fractionation unit at its Tobolsk-Neftekhim...
