Sibur readies world-scale PP plant, to decide soon on major olefins complex

Sibur (Moscow), Russia’s largest petrochemicals company, has outlined its investment plans and announced the completion of a 500,000-m.t./year polypropylene (PP) plant at Tobolsk, Russia. Russian regulators are currently on-site inspecting the facility before approving the start of operations.
