Sibur completes butyl rubber hike at Tol'yatti

Sibur’s subsidiary Tolyattikauchuk (Tol'yatti, Russia) has commissioned its third butyl rubber separation line at the Tol'yatti-based synthetic rubber manufacturing complex, expanding capacity from 48,000 m.t./year to 53,000 m.t./year.
