Sibur and Gazprom join forces in major petchem and gas processing project in Russia

Gazprom and Sibur today signed a memorandum of cooperation that envisages the construction of a gas processing plant (GPP) and a petrochemical complex at Belogorsk, in Russia’s far east. The memorandum was signed today by Alexey Miller, chairman of Gazprom; and Sibur’s CEO, Dmitry Konov.     The document outlines the framework for the implementation of the GPP facility.
