Sibur Signs Agreement for Major Petchem Complex

Sibur and Salavatnefteorgsintez (Salavat, Russia) have signed a preliminary agreement to form a joint venture to build a world-scale petrochemical complex at Salavatnefteorgsintez’s Salavat site.
