Sibur Picks Tobolsk Contractors; Builds EPS Plant at Perm

Sibur (Moscow) says it has selected processes and contractors for a previously announced propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene (PP) complex at Tobolsk, Russia and that it is going ahead with an expandable polystyrene (EPS) project at Perm, Russia (CW, Dec. 12, 2007, p. 18).
