Sibur Appoints Fluor to Manage Propylene-PP Investment

Sibur Holding (Moscow) says it has selected Fluor as project manager for construction of a propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene (PP) complex at Sibur’s Tobolsk, Russia site. Fluor, together with experts from Sibur, will form a project group; design detailed project documentation; and select contractors.
