Russia's antitrust authority fines an additional member of S-PVC price-fixing cartel

The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS; Moscow) has fined Siberian Chemical Co. (SCC; Kazan) 123.5 million Russian rubles ($3.7 million) for the company's participation in a price-fixing cartel in the suspension polyvinyl chloride (S-PVC) market, FAS has announced. FAS found earlier that Sayanskhimplast (Sayansk, Russia); Kaustik—formerly Kaustik Sterlitamak (Sterlitamak, Russia)—and its parent Bashkhim (Moscow); SCC; Kaustik Volgograd (Volgograd) and its parent Nikhokhim (Moscow) and supplier Yedinaya Trading Co.
