Russian firm NKNK to begin constructing cracker project next year

Nizhnekamskneftekhim, (NKNK; Nizhnekamsk, Russia), one of Russia’s leading petrochemicals players, plans to begin constructing a previously announced petrochemical complex next year, according to Rustam Minnikhanov, president of Tatarstan Republic, home of NKNK. Minnikhanov’s announcement was made in his annual address to the republic’s parliament.
