RusVinyl signs salt supply agreements

RusVinyl, a joint venture between Sibur (Moscow) and SolVin, has concluded agreements for the supply of rock salt to its manufacturing complex at Kstovo, Russia. The salt will be used in the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) complex now nearing completion. It will produce 330,000 m.t./year of PVC and 235,000 m.t./year of caustic soda.   The agreements were signed with Belaruskali and Russol.
