The 50-50 alliance will locate a new production facility at Dzerzhinsk, near Sibur's petrochemicals operations. It is expected to be operational in 2013. The joint venture will focus on establishing itself as a leacer in the CIS market, where specialty surfactants are used particularly in home and personal care, and in oil and gas industries.
