Report: Explosion and fire at Rosneft refinery kills seven

Rosneft (Moscow) has halted operations at its Achinsk refinery in eastern Siberia following an explosion and fire that killed at least seven people and injured seven others, according to a report by The Moscow Times. The fire occurred at a fractionation unit of the refinery in the evening of 15 June, local time, the report says. Repairs could take up to six months, the report adds.
